Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 21, 2024, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s decision to dismiss with prejudice the consolidated securities class action lawsuits (Case No. 2:21-cv-02725 and Case No. 2:21-cv-03182) filed against Ocugen, Inc.
